Frequently Asked Questions

Can I ship First Class, Parcel Post, or Media Mail with E1 Shipper?

Currently, E1 Shipper only supports Priority and Express Mail.

Some of your rates seem better than others.

Can you explain? Our best rates are available on flat rate products as well as packages up to 3 pounds. In fact, we actually beat Commercial Plus pricing in these categories. Shipments above 3 pounds will be at or slightly above the Commercial Base rate.

What countries and types of items can I insure?

Please see the Shipsurance Terms and Conditions.

I receive the following error when I try to open my labels in Adobe Reader: "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired". What should I do?
